In November 2017, HARMAN has announced the launch of the International Cyber Security Smart Mobility Analysis and Research Test (SMART) Range in Israel, in cooperation with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. HARMAN has been an active member of industry institutions - such as Auto-ISAC, SAE/ISO, Jaspar and others – working to enhance cybersecurity awareness, design and deployment across the global automotive industry.
In October 2018, HARMAN President and CEO unveiled the new 46,000-square foot (4,273-square meter) facility in Hod Hasharon, which will serve as the company’s headquarters in Israel. The three-story building hosts a smart-car lab, where teams can research, test and validate the company’s cybersecurity, software and automotive cloud solutions in real-life conditions.

In the last 10 years Etkes established a major service for GNSS applications while not only provides excellent systems but also provides online mapping and navigation capabilities using owned proprietary GNSS ground station network. Recently the company developed a sophisticated modular and versatile, GIS related, platform which enables full organizational control model (user hierarchies & permissions), cloud compatible architecture and process customization, to fit exactly to the particular automotive applications needs. Parasoft (officially Parasoft Corporation) is an independent software vendor specializing in automated software testing and application security with headquarters in Monrovia, California. It was founded in 1987 by four graduates of the California Institute of Technology who planned to commercialize the parallel computing software tools they had been working on for the Caltech Cosmic Cube, which was the first working hypercube computer built.
As of 2019 Parasoft produce a comprehensive tool Suite for the Automotive Software Development market.
The tools are ISO 26262 Certified by TUV Germany, and help Automotive companies to certify their source code for MISRA C/C++ and Autosar C++14, and their SW for full compliance with the ISO 26262 functional safety standard.
