Ilit Oppenheim, Ph.D., Ilit is the director of Shlomo Shmeltzer Institute for smart transportation at Tel Aviv University. She is also a research partner in the European Horizon 2020 ‘RESIST’ project. Until recently she was a post-doctoral research associate at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, investigating bi-directional graphic communication between elements in the military domain. Ilit was the 'Smart Transportation Living Lab' Director at Ashdod municipality. She also served as a senior researcher in Ran Naor Institute, exploring technologies and applications to increase road safety and to mitigate drivers' distraction. She holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, M.Sc., and PhD in Human Factors engineering - Industrial Engineering and Management, from BenGurion University of the Negev. Prior to her academic career she served as a quality director in some Hi-tech companies. Ilit has unique experience combining engineering, management and research with knowledge of human behavior, interactions and personalization in different contexts.

Previously, as Vice President of Research at IDC, a leading global market research firm, Joe led global research for over 8 years across a broad spectrum of industries, including automotive, industrial equipment, aerospace, construction, medical devices and high-tech. His automotive and heavy equipment clients include DaimlerChrysler, Ford, General Motors, John Deere, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Toyota. He appeared on CNN Japan and was quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CIO Magazine, and numerous industry publications.
Israel Ronn is the president of Spotam, an Auto-tech consultancy. Mr. Ronn is also an industry expert in advanced automotive technologies (Auto-tech). As such, Mr. Ronn consults leading industry companies in Israel and abroad. Mr. Israel Ronn is a former President of Telrad Networks Inc (NY/USA), a former CEO of Telrad Connegy Limited; a former CEO of Cellmax-Systems Limited and a former GM of Cellocator, a division of Pointer Telocation Limited (NASDAQ: PNTR). In his past Mr. Ronn was also the head of the PABX R&D division at Telrad Telecommunications LTD. Prior to that Mr. Ronn carried a number of R&D and R&D management positions at Telrad Telecommunications LTD.
Dr. Jacques Bensimon is the founder and CEO of Logtel Computer Communications LTD, an Israeli Company since 1984. During his long career, he was also the head of the R&D Department at Telesystems, a subsidiary of France Telecom, for 9 years and became a part of the development of the famous French Internet: the Minitel. He was a member of ISO and ITU for the development of the OSI standard. Jacques is an active editorial board member of the famous “International Journal of Network Management” and a member of IEEE. He got PhD in Computer science from Paris/Jussieu University. He is highly regarded throughout the world as a consultant and excellent seminar presenter and famous for his "easy to digest" style of presentations.
